Photos of the Day: Clips
I spent most of the day in front of the television, watching former President Cory Aquino’s cortege from Greenhills to the Manila Cathedral. It’s a sad but great moment for us Filipinos, united once again by this courageous woman, this beacon of democracy. Like these clips, she holds the nation together.
About this photo: A few days ago, as I was helping Y with her science project (a 3D representation of a plant cell using recycled materials), she gave me this yellow paper clip which she fashioned into a heart. I’ve completely forgotten about it until I saw it again yesterday on my desk. It’s great how kids come up with just the sweetest things. I hope she grows up exactly like she is now — full of imagination and finding beauty in everything she sees.
amazing photography. Your daughter is creative as well. i like the 2nd and the last one more than the others.
